Donations

Due to the pandemic donations will be limited until further notice. 

Limited donations include: Diapers, wipes and toys in its original casing. Monetary is always appreciated.

Once donations resume:

Clothing accepted every 2nd Sunday of the month . We accept rain gear, light pants and tops, t-shirts, capris, dresses, sneakers, shoes etc. ​We accept newborn up to around size 7, and maternity PLAEASE NO UNDERWARE. 

Toys and Bulk items are accepted the last Sunday of the month.  We accept strollers, high chairs, car seats, cribs, walkers, baby bouncers etc. PLEASE Have all bulk items broken down and with all parts included (nuts, bolts, screws etc.) Toys: Newborn - 8yrs. In tact  and cleaned. PLEASE NO TEETHING Toys

​***.Present your items freshly washed, neatly folded with sets together & buttons buttoned. Hangers and or shoe boxes are accepted, unless they are damaged.  (Some dressier items may be on hangers to prevent wrinkling).

If you'd like to make a donation at any time, please send me an email with the following:

• Address
• Donation type 
• Best time for pick up (2nd Sunday of the month or last Sunday of the month)

Donations will create points, Points equates to coupons and gift cards (500 points =$25 GC to Baby Bear Boutique) 25point max per pick up.

• Clothing  without tag(s) = 1.pt
• Clothing with tag(s) = 2.pts
• Name Brand clothes (Gap, Carters, Old Navy, Polo, Nike, etc.)  without Tag(s)= 3.pts
• Name Brand clothes (Gap, Carters, Old Navy, Polo, Nike, etc.)  with Tag(s)= 5.pts
• Toys out of box =1.pt
• Used Toys in box= 2.pts
• Brand New toys = 5.pts
• Bulk items without box= 5.pts
• Bulk item in box = 10.pts
• Brand New Bulk = 50.pts

Know a family in need? Please send me an email. Anything Baby Bear Boutique can assist with, we will. It takes a village. If a family requires emergency assistance please contact the local Social  Services EA ( Emergency assistance) department.
